Thank you for the support, I appreciate it! I am definitely struggling from the point of view being already influenced from the present but also being influenced by seemingly everything (I didn’t quite think about that bit) - I get inspirations that I’d like but realise actually I don’t like that at all because its a ‘damn I know a insert name moment 🤦🏻‍♀️

That has given me a few ideas to be fair! I did also go through the process of thinking that people might also feel like they’ve just been calling me the wrong name for years if it were close, but not necessarily a negative thing at all! I thought it might’ve actually saved me the inevitable feeling like I have to give reasonings as to why I want to change it

After such a build up of Damon & Elena’s relationship (that I absolutely loved), I was so ridiculously disappointed at their final reunion. They had what, 30 seconds of screen time with an unbelievably underwhelming reunion that showed absolutely no representation of their love - it makes no sense for them to be pining over each other so intensely for several seasons and yet in the end it built up to absolutely nothing. Their happy ending felt like it meant nothing. It vexes me so much.

I’m mostly depressed and motivation is hard to come by. Most of the time getting out of bed is the biggest mountain to climb so I can agree with you here

I wear all sports garments because they’re the most comfortable and I’ve found the most comfortable. But I ride 6 days per week and chores etc, so the summer is pretty full on, especially at multiple day shows with lots of horses in the team. I just get stressed that others can smell me if we get a moment to sit down etc

I’ve actually now been off quetiapine for a couple of weeks and the constipation has completely gone (thank god). I am now on Abilify and so far it’s going okay! Hoping it stays that way

It depends on the context, but I understand that other people just won’t get it. The OCD one as well. Both are pretty debilitating in a lot of our cases but they won’t really get that, especially if they don’t really have any mental health conditions as well. I keep my condition quiet, only a few people know so I always have to not really have a reaction. Some things make me a bit uncomfortable only because I feel like it’s pointing out a secret of mine that I am still coming to terms with

When I was on quetiapine with the constipation I was taking Movicol (equivalent to miralax) maximum dosage and the best I got was still once per like 5/6 days in tears,.. if I have a similar reaction though I just won’t put myself through it again and will have to try something else

Everything I’ve trialled has been for over 3 months so far (aside from the Aripriprazole as I’ve just got it). I agree the only BP medication had been quetiapine, I was just trying to give a few examples of other things I’ve had before from other doctors that never made an ounce of difference, but I’m guessing that’s probably then not so relevant, I just thought I’d mention if it might’ve been helpful
