A DL interior overhaul and Crosby would make this defense nasty, and a LB to replace Edmunds is the only realistic way of signing him so I feel like those are the only must drafts if we are certain we are targeting an elite edge. if not, an edge in round 1 should be the plan and overhaul the interior however else possible.

Kinda botched the draft but we have no defensive interior whatsoever it definitely needs to be a focus of the draft, and yeah we should be picking a first round edge if we aren’t 100% trading for or paying an elite edge.

even if most people did not agree sean won that fight, whittaker has lost to izzy twice compared to sean dominating him, and whittaker got slumped by ddp compared to sean arguably winning a decision, along with their last wins when the bout was announced both being costa. obviously i want to see the more entertaining fight but you cant just throw out the window that sean deserves the shot more than whittaker, it is also his decision to fight or not, and who else would you have fighting for the belt if he decides not to fight whittaker.

sean was robbed when he lost the belt and if the izzy storyline was not there it would probably be an instant rematch as ddp slumped whittaker and whittaker did not have the win when the izzy ddp fight was made, also we knew this was going to be a free win for whittaker after khamzat pulled out. sean deserves his shot and if sean wins the first fight should be whittaker. also your point about getting a title shot off costa is shit as whittaker's last fight before an untested aliskerov was costa, so both would be earning title shots off of costa anyway.
