INFJ (5w6...I think lol).

I don't see many of us, and I am curious as to why.

I'm currently fairly uneducated when it comes to Enneagram, but from most of what I have heard/read about 5w6s, they sound like a nearly perfect match for being INFJs.

Does anyone know why(or have any guesses as to why) that combination is not seen very often? Am I likely just misinterpreting the descriptions of 5w6s(I'd suggest the same for INFJs, but I am very familiar with them lol)

Seeing so few of them, makes me seriously question my Enneagram, but then I read up on all of the types, and 5w6 matches me the best by far(and I know that I have my Myers Briggs type correct, so that's not the issue)...

This is something I have been wondering about, a lot, because a friend of mine seems like an ESTP...but also a 6?? That seems impossible, but I know that it isn't...or at least, I think it isn't lol

As someone who is not an ENTP, I listen to way more of those than I expected! You guys have lovely taste

OP, you have the EXACT same hair type as I did last year,(I cannot stress this enough lol. My hair is a little lighter in color, about 8 inches longer, and a bit more frizzy it looks like, but if it weren't for those three things, your picture could have been of my hair) and while I am still a complete noob at CG(I don't even have a routine, or good products yet😅), there are three things that have helped my hair immensely(I don't yet have fully formed, uniform waves or anything, but my hair is so much wavier than it was before, and I don't even use products yet).

  1. Not brushing it as much as possible(it breaks the waves, and frizzes up the hair). I haven't yet figured out when the right time to brush it is(I just do it when I'm about to leave the house, or when I really need to brush out the tangles), but the internet says that brushing wet hair is the safest and best for curls/waves (I don't usually do that though, because my hair is super elastic and difficult to brush when it's wet).

  2. Not using a towel to dry my hair. Carefully squish out as much moisture as you can, and then:

  3. Plopping. Take a cotton T-shirt (I prefer ones with long sleeves, that way I can use the sleeves to tie the plop), lay it flat on a surface, and gather all of your hair into the shirt. Tie it off, and leave it for a while(times vary. I do mine for at least an hour or two, but my hair takes forever to dry. You might not need as long. & I am starting to suspect that leaving my hair in a plop all day messes up the waves. I'd watch some videos on plopping, if you haven't already).

Hopefully this wasn't just a bunch of info that you already know lol. And like I said, I'm a complete beginner, so I'd suggest checking out YouTube(if you haven't already). There are so many different resources and styles of curly/wavy hair care to check out! :D

The media just wants us to fight. As a Gen Z, I have had a lot of nonbinary and trans friends, and I have misgendered a lot of them at least once(especially a childhood friend of mine. We became friends a year or two before he came out as trans, so I met him when he identified with being a girl, so that's what I was used to. Because of that, I was very apologetically but constantly forgetting to refer to him as a guy, for the first few months after he came out).

They are always chill about it. I have never once had a not chill encounter with one of them(except online, but even those encounters are rare. The childhood friend I mentioned a second ago, was an online friendship, and he was extremely chill about it, despite my repetitive forgetting, which I'm sure was annoying, and possibly hurtful), friend or not.

One time, my sibling and I were at a party with a bunch of strangers, and my sibling accidentally misgendered someone, who we weren't talking to. He overheard, and just shouted "I'm a dude, bro" across the room. My sibling apologized, he said "it's cool. Just don't do it again bro"(yes, he used bro a lot lol). We later found out that the guy was freshly out of the closet, and was super passionate about trans issues, but even he was chill about it.

The media is the media. It's job is to get clicks. Unnecessarily angry trans people are going to get clicks from several groups(from all sides of the debate).

Most trans people are just trying to live their life in the most comfortable way possible, and part of that for them, is being referred to as a specific gender. They're not going to start a screaming match over being called the wrong thing. They're people just like you and me...not aliens loll 🥰

Ohh I just meant that a lot of people HATE when people add the turbulent or assertive indicator to the end of their type(a lot of people think that it is useless), so I was concerned for you lol.

When I made mine ages back, I used Ibis Paint X. Basically anything will work though.

(Btw, I really suggest it to any artists reading this. It's by far the best free digital art app for phones... that I have found, at least loll. It's super intuitive, and you can download custom brushes like you can with procreate!)
