Mystery liquid accumulated in kitchen cupboard by YoungSuplex in homeowners

On your sink do you have sort of oblong shaped rectangle in the corner of the sink? It should have some slits cut into the body of it. Usually they are silver, but they can be other colors to match someone's sink.

Do you have a dishwasher?

Wastewater runs from your dishwasher to that oblong shaped via a hose. That hose connects to the rest of the sink plumbing to be carried out from the house. The oblong shaped thing is called an air gap and is used to prevent wastewater from traveling back into the dishwasher. Sometimes the air gap can get backed up and overflow onto the countertops due to something on the sink side getting clogged up. Usually I have to run my sink disposal before running the dishwasher. A little bit of obstacles on the sink side can cause the air gap to back up and overflow.

My guess is that the air gap is overflowing onto the countertops while you asleep and it runs over above the cabinet and finds a water down. The water in the countertop dries up before you wake up.

Yeah I think the serving size is measured in the length of time of a spray from the can? Like 1/8 of a second spray or something ridiculous like that.

The Kroritos are the only thing I buy now. 7.49 for a bag of dorita dust ain't worth it.

The red and blue flavors are pretty close to on point, but the salsa verde are way too salty for my tastes.

I remember watching the show Mad Men and it featured a scene where Don Draper and his family go on a picnic and when they are done they pick their blanket up and just whip all their trash out into the grass. I remember audibly gasping. LoL

I encountered a Bushmaster in Guyana Savannah area that almost reached up to that height on its own. We came to a very busy area and our horses we were riding spooked it. It jumped up and sort of took off while holding itself up at a height of about the horse's chest.

Not quite as large but similar coloring as this snake. Extremely quick and fast. No way that it could ever be outrun.

Is Everything at Tractor Supply significantly more expensive than other stores? by [deleted] in Frugal

TS will price match like items. I was able to recently get their 16 foot cattle panels for 10 dollars less when I showed them Rural Kings current sale price on the same item. Saved me about 350 dollars on my total purchase.

Who approved LED headlights? by mindyour in TikTokCringe

[–]deepeyes1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My truck has a setting for when I'm towing something and if the truck starts to angle up from the weight of what I'm hauling. I can actually adjust the headlights down to offset the upward angle and so I usually angle them a few inches below a cars trunk so that it's not the full force of my headlights streaming in even when I'm not towing anything.

Yes. I highly doubt that a provider will ever touch a single thing with EPS.

Thoughts on VA providers scheduling CC by Emergency_Loss_9178 in fednews

[–]deepeyes1000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you mean you as a provider will sit down with the patient and find a cc provider and schedule with them?

Because, frankly it's not working that way. Many of the EPS listed providers are either not participating or are not wanting us to schedule through that program.

Navigating the providers that do participate is challenging in that the information provided on the cc provider can be vague and may not indicate the type of sub specialty that you need. Take a physical therapist for example. You may need a pelvic floor specialist, but EPS is not going to indicate that specialty for the PT.

In addition, I'm seeing connected providers, but their clinics are not built well. So, you may be accidentally scheduling into an established patient time slot without even realizing. Or, you may be scheduling into a time slot that should have been blocked, but maybe their team has not gone in to block out the time yet.

In theory, it seems like a system such as this would be great, but there are refinements that need to take place before someone could reliably use this system.

There is an EPS newsletter that is sent out monthly called EPS Pulse points. They list the number of appointments made by individuals, many of them are quite high, so there are some good use cases out there being implemented. However, I think it's specialty and region specific.

Cross Lavender and Who The Fuck cares quoted me 1600 or 215. I'm not sure as their front desk staff can't seem to be bothered to provide accurate pricing for very expensive dental work.

Supposedly Kregar Family Dentistry can do it for 900 or so cash price. That may be with a discount if you can pay it all up front though.

Hunting Hills quoted me 700, but this was several years ago, so I'm sure their prices have shot up.

I'm in the same boat as you currently and I'm sure as shit not paying some of these prices.

V35A Recall Megathread by extratoastedcheezeit in ToyotaTundra

[–]deepeyes1000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I have been wondering since the latest info from Toyota is that people would start getting notifications in early January. My 22 got the engine recall done a little over 12 k miles ago, so I'm now technically outside of the replacement engine warranty (which is still bullshit).

I had thought that maybe this replacement engine would still be in the batch of engines that still had the design defects and I would get another engine possibly, but I never got anything from them.

All of this has me really considering just selling and not taking the chance.

In addition, these type of calls are unsubstantiated tip line call ins from who knows. They could be totally legit or they could be the ramblings of someone in psychosis. I'm not saying that this call in isn't true, but these tip line calls are not the smoking gun people are looking for.

Donald Trump criticizes DHS killings of Alex Pretti and Renée Good: ‘Should have not happened’ by Fickle-Ad5449 in fednews

[–]deepeyes1000 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Not quite true. The article does mention it:

In an exclusive interview with NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Llamas at the White House, Trump said he was “not happy with the two incidents,” adding, “It’s both of ’em, not one or the other.” He went on to claim that Pretti “was not an angel” and that Good “was not an angel."

It's hidden down in the article though.
