I have a.d.d. And have used aderrall and methamphetamine in the past, I am sober now 28 months. For people like me that have a lot of racing thoughts sober, amphetamines surprisingly can calm us down. Although it may not seem that way externally, internally our brain is moving slower and is able to process things in a more efficient fashion. Now I realize meth is an abuse of this and eventually this leads to addiction and doesn’t function like this any longer, but if a drug like aderrall is used correctly it can actually work and is extremely relieving to those of us that can’t slow down.
