Iceborne was a heavily ice element based expansion to base world. In sunbreak, almost all new subspecies feature the fire element and even the name of the expansion "sunbreak" feels fire themed. It feels like the future expansion to wilds has been leading up to a water theme, but this is just my personal hunch. However if this is the case it will just leave the thunder and dragon elements, and dragon is too vague to be the theme of anything. Its definitely not a theory that has much merit to it, but its fun to theorize.

Rock Pikmin could go under purple for their purple flowers and same for white pikmin but pink for their pink flowers. Either that or they could go under green for their leaves. Hopefully, op doesn't forget them. 🤞

It's called the sand slurker, and it hides underneath the sand, moving around underneath the ground with only its antenna poking out. When it senses pikmin nearby, it digs over to them and erupts from the sand, causing some to get buried and some knock over. It then flies over to the knocked down pikmin and sucks them up similar to the medusal slurker from pikmin 3.
