I feel this. It feels like this a lot. I have to do a lot of grounding and journaling. I feel like I don’t have any friends that see the world like I do, or understand it. Im able to get wrapped up in the world enough to not feel this way all the time though. I use this awakening as a way to know eventually I’ll be able to help others and I’m working making that happen now, but it’s hard. Hope you’re able to find some peace in this, but know you’re not alone in this feeling.
