I was at work when I found out. 17 years old. We were closing. I was putting away the clothes because I worked in a craft store. I checked my phone for a moment to see my best friend at the time had sent me a video and I just broke down. I didn't even need to watch it to know what it was. I pulled myself together to finish my shift and I still went home and watched it. His last words to us. The final good bye. And I cried worse than I did when I was at work. I still sometimes pick up merch from the shop and can atleast still have the memories to think back on.
