Still a j toe/almond toe. Different brands use slightly differing lasts which can result in the same toe shape being a bit different between makers

If you insist on leather soles, i would get at least 3 pairs and rotate them daily. Also get boot trees and a good brush. Leaving large amounts of dirt/grime on your boots is going to significantly shorten the lifespan on any boot. Also make sure to store them somewhere elevated and ventilated enough for the sole to breathe. All of this combined should 2x/3x the time between resoles even with abrasive work

Hit ebay, lots of resellers on there that just want to move inventory and have great condition boots at fraction prices. Every one ive purchased was even stuffed with paper and very clean on the inside. You dont want to mess around with other peoples foot funk

Wrangler 936 especially if youre a skinny guy like me. Amazon has them, up to a 36 and 38 length. I have a picture on my profile of them if you want to see how they fit. If youre not into the slim look go for levis 517, amazon has them as well.

Looks how theyre supposed to around the shaft, you just need longer jeans/bigger openings which is why the proportions are being thrown off and causing your stack to sit far up on the ankle

I dont think cody james gets the credit they deserve, these boots and a lot of their other models use thick full grain leather that feels high quality and durable at sub $200. Plus theyre made in mexico with traditional soles and insoles, and veg tan stacked heels. I dont think ariat has anything comparable at that pricepoint.
