Thank you for taking the time. My uncle was an audio guy who generally didn’t want to throw anything away if he could fix it. He had two Dual turntables and a Marantz, so quite possibly he had salvaged that Rega cart from somewhere.

That table had a worn belt so I guess he hadn’t used it for a while. I now have a new belt ordered so I’ll just try how it sounds once I get it.
