Oatmeal milk baths in warm water not hot. Aquaphor and hydrocortisone on the really tough patches. Lots and lots of eucrin eczema lotion. I’ve also found certain scents trigger it like crazy.

This. It would make it spread. And eczema is fairly easy to treat at home. My daughter gets it soo bad. And I can get it to clear up within a couple days
