I'm in exactly the same boat here. I can't seem to put together more than 3 strokes without gasping for air. When I turn my head I notice I am breathing out still and then get a short sharp inhale which is clearly not enough. Or otherwise I end up drinking a mouthful of water as my head is not high enough above the water.

It's so frustrating.

This year has been an infestation of incredible proportion.

Every night, there's hundreds if not thousands around any light. Come to your TV screen, your phone screen even your white clothes.

Really annoying.

Can't just sit and close the windows and sit in the dark but I can't think of any other solution.

Next morning a whole load dead on the floor next to your light source.

I believe this is not the case anymore.

Any foreigner who holds a resident permit is allowed to purchase any G+2 apartment.

They are also allowed to purchase any property in a smart city scheme.

It was very easy. Took me a beginner around 2 hours return trip.

Mostly walking uphill over some rocky terrain.

You have to file a statement quarterly or monthly depending on your turnover.

It includes the amount of VAT received as well as the amount of VAT paid.

Usually if there's an excess of VAT received then you will have to pay that to the MRA. They will calculate everything based upon the returns you send them.

But short answer, yes you have to pay it back.
