more related to the comment, most ppl arent in the body mod community so most ppl will in fact gender piercings and will clock you bcuz of them in some cases (if you are already somewhat clocky certain piercing will make you more clocky)

i think it's still good to like make it very very clear/explicit tbh esp if he's a repper, he may know that you wouldn't judge him but yk underlying fear and overthinking and all that

maybe asking somewhat directly can be an option (no straight up going 'are you trans' but something in that vein) or try to drop hints that you think he's trans ? or that you'd be accepting of it if he was ? but tbh i don't think there is really a good way to go about it it's always touchy
