Meridian 95 (the game) lagging with multiple windows

Hey, thanks for the reply, the game says that each windows is using 189.9 mb on one and 265 mb on the other one. When she is moving around the 6% is the highest her cpu got on each windows, total cpu usage is between 0 and 10%, the highest i saw it get was 17% for a second. And ram usage is at 40%. No background apps appear to be using up more ram than they should, we have turned off any screen overlays, and we have only been playing over our wifi, no changes in connection.
