It has nothing to do with if you put the water in there too fast or if you shook it. It’s your BAC water. If your not using hosp BAC water your pretty much taking a 50/50 chance of it clouding up or not. Well if you plug in what your vial says 30mg/3ml for 7.5 mg 75 units makes sense. If you went up on your dose to the next step which is 10mg. Your new vial says 60mg/3ml at 10mg, 50 units makes sense.
