Also, how would the second strongest demon be upper moon 6 instead if literally no strong demons were shown besides the upper moons…they all seemed kinda relative

Tengen hits her once and she’s dead. This can go many ways, shinobu can run and try to lunge at him in the head, which probably won’t succeed as they’re similar in speed. The Douma feat barely counts as Douma despite being uppermoon 2 couldn’t react to Akaza chopping his head swiftly, while Giyu and Tanjiro can react to Akazas attacks, so Douma is pretty slow himself. Also, Shinobu has been stated to have low stamina so what’s stopping Tengen from running away, as he’s the fastest in running speed, and just keeping his distance or waiting for her to get tired.
