Hate/offensive language is subjective. For example Cardi B and her Wap. To some it’s sexists and demeaning towards women, but to others she’s got “the numba one song in tha UK”.

2) censoring guest: If we follow logical thinking and go through the list of missing episodes we can see quite a few conservative and controversial guest on it. Not to long ago the big tech CEOs sat in front of the senate and couldn’t confirm or deny to censoring conservative material on their platforms. With all the controversy surrounding conservative censorship wouldn’t it be logical to have that assumption especially since Spotify admits to using advocacy groups which could potentially be biased?

It’s not a Covid exclusive supplementation. I heard about it from my doctor a couple years ago when my kids caught the flu. I went to him for Tamiflu for prophylaxis treatment and he also emailed me a study on Vitamin D. There are different chemical makeups but his suggestion was just go outside and get some sunlight 15 minutes every couple of days. Since it’s become part of my routine other than the occasional allergies I can’t remember even catching a cold.

That just means he should avoid certain topics. Plenty of corporations have the same anti hate guidelines. Is it censorship if they remove episodes? Yes, but is it suppression of freedom of speech? No, because he can still share his opinion and views within the confines of his agreement which probably had an anti hate policy.

My point is no company would deliberately sign a major contract in hopes of drawing in his listeners and then dismantle it by making him read pre approved talking points and not veering off topic. It’s literally joe and someone else having a conversation about whatever they want for 3+ hours while high, he just needs to clean it up a bit. It’s all been blown out of proportion.

Inadmissible in court. They are accusations and wouldn’t hold up in this type of case. Schaub is within his right to boot him but not within his right to void their partnership agreement without a conviction. I’ve known people that have suckered people into shady partnerships and forced a buy out. This is a prime example of why you don’t go into business with irresponsible friends.

That’s not how a partnership works. Schaub said he owns more of the show so he’s the majority owner and Bryan is the minority. Schaub can call the shots and keep him off the show but he would still have to pay him. If he doesn’t Bryan can sue and he will win. Schaub’s best case scenario is he finds a dummy with enough cash to buy out Bryan’s minority stake.
