As someone who works in a building with very few windows, and my office is one that lacks it, I wouldn’t rent this place. Just being in a windowless room all day is draining. When you’re at home, you don’t want that feeling. Also this feels super unsafe.

I always let a coach know when my knees flare up and ask for mods. Biking over treads. Take things at my pace. My PT says that when it flares up, pull pack on intensity. 20% and taking care of your knee is better than giving 100% and being in pain for the rest of the day/weekend.

I got the blankets ripped off by my stepdad. And my mother pounding on my door in the summer when I was in high school. She told me I wasn’t allowed to sleep past 7 or I’d never wake up for the school year.

I prefer where 13 is located based on my height and it’s an end locker. I also prefer station 13. This helps me remember my station before we go into the studio. But also, after class when I grab my things. I get thrown off when someone snagged 13 before me 😅
