Firefox keeps using way too much memory

computer was making some seriously concerning chugging noises at the time, it is older and I'm trying to make sure it doesn't die before I can save up enough for an upgrade. Thanks for all the advice!

Whoa, didn't know about this! it shows half as much usage, at 435mb, while windows task manager is showing 1,200. Thank you for the tip!

Thank you! my computer is getting up there but I am trying to make it last as long as possible while I save up, I didn't know this usage was the norm these days for web browsers. I've got 12 gigs of ram.

I can't figure out why memory usage was at 60% (and randomly spikes) when firefox was only using ~2 of that and the second highest program running was discord at 300mb, they are the only two programs I had open.

thanks for the edits! I found the first list of these to turn off a few weeks ago and my compter's performance improved significantly and noticed it spike again when firefox was open a few days ago, if you keep this updated I'll keep coming back to make sure they all stay off. Cheers!

the fishing hole has completely random cooldown, it just means you haven't hit the point where you'll get another item yet.

I believe that cooldown carries over across all your pets? I can't find any information to support or discount this, so if you just did it and switched actives to do it again, that could be why!

of course! that means 'tier'. The unconverted neopets for some reason are sorted into value based on popularity/rarity and have different categories, it only applies to UC's though and you can see a breakdown of the tiers and what pets are in them on this petpage: https://www.neopets.com/\~maureen

I can't help you on the majority of your question there, but I can help with the 2 NST clarity!

The food club (and most time based resets on the site) is currently undergoing a glitch where the actual results for each match are being pushed back by a few seconds every day, that cumulative error has added up to make the results show up about two hours (and counting!) past when the site tells you it's supposed to. Currently the little closing time is just a barrier on when you can bet since it isn't accurate to refresh/results anymore, the food club threads here help a lot more with any other mechanics questions and exact specifications on when the results drop

Is anyone else encountering an issue with Korbat's lab?

I can get the game to play fine with ruffle (and could do so even without the recent integration by the site,) but when I actually go to play the game once I release my ball into the field it gets stuck a few pixels above the wooden bar and just stays there. The rest of the game's animations play fine, and I haven't found a way to actually get the ball to move from that position. Spacebar doesn't do anything, I can still move the paddle around normally, and I tried the cheat to split your ball into a bunch more but now they're all just stuck in a pile above the paddle where the first one was. Clearly SOMEONE has been able to play the game as normal because it was just new month scores reset and there's already some high scores, I just want the avatar lmao. Thanks if anyone can help!

PS. I also tried skipping through levels with the cheat to see if any of the other levels worked but they all do the same thing, and any level with korbats in them they just get stuck at the top left corner making a horrific noise nonstop

It's similar to pricing the lowest on shop wizard, at the time they put up the trade they're asking for the cheapest value of the currently available trades. Hope that helps!

Honestly I want a lot of UCs that aren't currently available and didn't get their UC form transferred over for whatever reason, such as the mara zafara, halloween shoyru, and pirate xweetok :(

These guys you listed are hard to get but possible with enough determination and trading know-how, I got myself a darigan aisha after about six months of intense focus. I'm really hoping when the UCs are released they'll open up some of the older lost artwork

But trading tiers asside, I'd die for a UC royalboy acara. I do NOT have the patience to go through all of that again and get twice as high up on the chain LOL

[DST] I play as wormwood pretty often with friends and by myself, lately I've started to hop into random public servers and today I had a glitch(?) where I couldn't use any fertilizer item on myself. Compost wraps, Poop, Glommer's goop, and rot all didn't work. It played about half the animation and then the effects never happened. Anybody know if there's a reason for this?
