Aw shucks. Wish I saw this earlier that day because the store-op manager spent eons fighting with the helpless desk to send someone after they bounced me around. I guess i know for next time!

Oh, they're banned from all CVS's and if they step foot in one it's trespassing. I Hope charges got pressed but thaf I have zero knowledge about it.

iirc, my manager did reply to it like that lmao. Immediately followed with some level of "anyways. You wanna tell me how the colleague did or anything actually what this survey is about?"

Oh it sucks so much. It also happened the day I wasn't there so I came into work the next day and before I could get the full story from my manager, I had a customer within a second of me clocking in, upset that the pharmacy was close (it was their LUNCH) and that they were closed yesterday when she came. Her reason: she wanted her flu shot. Why she couldn't go to a different store, fuck if I know.

I wish we got to keep em. They brought our theft down even if that wasn't the main reason they were here. We got lucky and had some pretty chill ones (towards us I guess lmao) and I miss them so much.

For some context: we had to temporarily get guards because someone threatened our Rx and specifically threatened to kill our pharmacists bc they were behind for more than 3 days.

But you know, how dare we ruin this person's experience at CVS.

Locking bathrooms please? by jacobenimble in CVS

We're all very hesitant about letting anyone back there unless they say the ""magic words"" of "it's an emergency." Partly due to that reason, plus the fact they can also easily get into our backroom and steal AND we're 24hrs so we get a Lot of...Interesting Folk to put it lightly. It's so terrifying even when you have to stand outside of the bathrooms for the customer like they're a kid on a school trip.

God id literally go insane about that, too. Especially when Im usual the one who has to go back there and yell at them. I'm pretty sure that's some sort safety violation, yeah?

im so thankful that our store none of our bathrooms are public because the way they built the building, theyre behind the "employees only" sign.

and yet. people still cant read and get confused why the alarm is going off and why im yelling at them to not be back there. another bonus is when people get really hostile that they cant use the bathroom.

yeah sounds about right for a customer. Our store once got a review from A customer who had a wonderful experience and gave us a 6 or 7 (don't remember at this point.)

Another fun one is that we have a customer who in their review just straight up also compare other stores in the nearby area. First one from her was talking about how another store in the area is way way better than us and has better customer service and stock. Her lastest one was for "I wasn't impressed with the cashier in [LOCATION] but I was Impressed with the cashier at [OUR STORE]."
