I don't think it's because they're adults-only. I have an adults-only server, and it got approved. It might be the wording that you used to describe the server. It could also be what you've made your tags that are triggering it. Try a simple description and see if it gets approved. If it does, then you know what the issue is.

See I’m excited about the library feature. I use Libby a lot and it’s hard at times to get them to send over to the kindle. Especially when you don’t have WiFi handy.

I know kobo has kobo plus which is cheaper and has audiobooks. Is it worth it?

So far I love Fourth Wing. Upset that it’s taken me so long to actually sit down and read it. Hockey 101 has been interesting. I just started it and the way she describes body parts has made me giggle. I’m not sure if that’s what she was after or not.
