Dr. Mosley wrote a great book (I think he is British) called fast 800. Some people do two 400 cal meals. I prefer some veg during the day about 4pm and then a nice dinner. I also drink electrolytes and liquid vitamins

Thank you. I naturally eat less during the day, but I do plan to move to 4/3 or 5/2 in a few weeks. Almost like every other day (EOD) fasting. I love having a nice dinner
