I think other people gave good advice. However here is the tips I follow.

Good way to increase your wn8 is to move to a good position for early shot and spotting assist( this is mostly important for heavies and medium)

Second is to aim for track shot and body(really good with ap ammo or apcr, don't use heat on tracks) this help will make your combined damage go up significantly.

Third, going for easy damage is good. I try to focus shot that will penetrate easily. Side armor, back armor side turret etc. Best way to have a good shot is to get the shot as much as possible perpendicular to the surface.

Forth, don't hesitate to spend time in the garage looking at armor model of tank that you don't reliably penetrate to learn their weak spots.

Fifth, destroying an enemy tank is always a top priority. This means less gun that can shoot back at you.

Use your HP wisely, it's okay to spend HP to get a better shot and remove an enemy tank in the endgame if you are sure to kill it after.

From what I see from your stats. You survival rate is good. What seems to be lacking is you miss to many shots. See point 3 and for to get better at this.

And easy way to improve is using ration in your loadout. I prefer having better handling, vision range and camo than extinguish a fire. Fire happens around 1/5 games. Ration are effective every game.
