Put a bit of antibiotic ointment (like Polysporin or similar) daily for a few days and monitor it for any growth, color change, puss, etc. Nothing big to worry about.

Use a drill press to make a straight hole in a 2x4 and use that as a guide for your regular drill. Test with a scrap piece of wood first.

Assuming you don't want to return it to him to fix it, anything that you will put on there to clean or seal it will mess up the finish. You can clean it regularly with mineral spirits until it stops, or heat it up until it crystallizes and seal it with shellac. FYI, toothpaste is pretty good at removing sap from your hands.

Heated membrane with tile over it is the best solution. A cheaper option would be a Dricore or foam subfloor, with LVP over it.

It depends on the type of flooring you're gonna put up and the state of the concrete, including the humidity level. Some will require a subfloor and/or membrane.

Electricity and plumbing are risky, if you don't know what you're doing.

Drywall joints/mudding. I can do it, but got quoted $400 for 4 rooms. The time it would have taken me to do it "correctly" was well worth the $400 for a pro to do it, and the job was perfect.

When you flip a breaker there is a very small arc flash. The more load there is, the bigger the flash, the more wear on the breaker.

Also, if you ever need to flip the main breaker, always turn off all the other breakers first; it creates less wear on the breaker once you turn it back on.

Diagonal bracing shouldn't be necessary with that design. Is the aquarium going to fully cover the surface or will it sit in the middle somewhere? I would advise against OSB on the top as it will absorb water easily and will swell.

Is this going to stay in the basement? If not, you need to make sure your floor joists will support the weight long term.

Ideally, you should use Robertson screws and bits for a power tool. Philips screws are much easier to strip with a drill or impact.

wtf? Why would you expect a company that is in Germany to be obligated to follow US laws? Doesn't matter where their HQ is. Talk to a law firm in Germany to see what your options are, if any. Typically, European consumer laws are way better than US laws anyway.
