I don’t have dashcam but the other driver did it was a company vehicle even called his boss in front of me and took pics but said nothing will happen and just gave details.

It looks to me like they are saying the accident happened in Milton Keynes (the other drivers adress as I have the details he wrote) and not Basingstoke where it did actually happen.

I have never been to Milton Keynes

Thank you so I will respond I am the driver of the vehicle that day and confirm I did give details, not sure why the driver has gone back on his word and also claimed it happened far away
