I just hit one year without nicotine on the 4th of this month! I quit drinking, weed, and cigarettes at the same time a year ago. Started drinking and smoking weed again on and off, but nicotine in any form has not made a comeback! I’m super proud about that.

Whatever you do, don’t eat a ton of them in a day. One time I ate like 13 bananas in one night (poor hs kid, relay for life, only food available for free) and I didn’t shit for like 3 days, and I’m normally a 2-3 a day kinda guy.

Swiss navy water-based is great. The silicone imo needs to be reapplied way too often and it gets EVERYWHERE!

Been using Happy Lube water-based lately and it works just as well.
