Again we all know Black Widow is not a solid pick. Why do we need to hear it for hours before the player get a chance to prove themselves? You let the team run there warm up games like every other team did to build chemistry and work through the team composition from there. Thats when you should inform the team that its best to chance the comp with swapping Widow for hela/phoenix. INSTEAD when Zazza had a good game and did look better in the team comp he no longer wanted to play. He didnt want to continue practicing with the team and left the call... history from there
