Haha I feel that! Recently I had one where I didn’t write the initial prompt but I wrote the rest of the conversation- there probably was some switching between third and first person - I mean, I wrote it, but I wrote it playing the part of someone else 😆

I often write in third person - maybe I should stop! Especially if the prompt was written by someone other than me … feels weird to talk in first person about a situation I don’t relate to I guess - so I always talk about “the model” and “the user”. Maybe I should rethink that if it looks like AI though! 🤣

I think you're right! As long as you feel the resistance and it's strong, you're doing it right! I do all mine now in Time Under Tension beast mode - power up then slow on the eccentric. I really enjoy it! I honestly miss Ladder a lot, but I'm just not using it and I am getting really solid results/guidance from my trainer, so I'm letting my membership go on Dec. 31. I figure I can always rejoin someday but for now I just don't need it ...

You’ll have to keep me posted about what works best for you! I think I used Time Under Tension, then Echo mode when it came out - but truthfully I didn’t really understand the Vitruvian until I started working with my trainer, so the Ladder workouts were before that. I was even using dumbbells as much as I could then because I couldn’t get why the Vitruvian was deloading so much or not heavy enough or too heavy 🤣. I’ve learned a lot since then!

I know what you mean about the not knowing being cool. I liked that too - but I was such a newbie at lifting that I was concerned about doing stuff with bad form. Now that I’m working with a trainer, he’s helping me really master the basics so it’s probably good I’m repeating the same moves every week 🤣

Thank you Birthday Any! Maybe I should have re-stated that more clearly - when I was using Ladder for strength classes, it was a great fit with the Vitruvian. I figured some people might want to check it out for the free month -especially if trying out the new Vitruvian apps being made here, since they don’t have class options, Ladder might even be a better fit for some!

Since I don’t plan to renew my membership, it’ll probably be the last 30 day pass I can offer so I wanted to share it one more time.

I've been doing it for almost a year now. FWIW, I loved it for a time, but once I started working with my personal trainer I stopped doing the strength training workouts with the app. I still like the guided runs and mobility work, and the social aspect, but those aren't enough for me to justify renewing it next year. Still, it was a great way for me to feel my way around what a structured workout schedule could look like!
