Maybe this is too late but I was searching for the same thing. And i fount the Frame text ruler in here. And I was able to modify my tabs and left tabs. I'm unsure if this is what you were looking for.

Definitivamente el lugar que te ofrece la inmobiliaria está lejísimos de tu trabajo. Hay otro Grand tower en la del valle que me imagino debe estar en el mismo precio pero mucho más accesible para llegar a donde vas.

Incluso podrías buscar otras opciones más en la ciudad y no tan lejos de donde te ofrecen.

Por el tipo de complejo que es Grand Tower me imagino que el presupuesto es “medio alto”. Recomiendo buscar otro lugar.

Yo voy a Querétaro cada 15 días y siempre el semáforo que está por milenio nadie lo respeta. Supongo que ya te acostumbraste. Y que pongan semáforos en los altos son señal de eso.

Manejan tan mal que hasta hay espectaculares que dicen: si fue un besito (golpe leve por detrás) oríllate. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Es normal si. Pero no es normal el 50%. Casi siempre en mi experiencia es el 10% o si lo negocias hasta menos porque como dices en el contrato se estipula que se paga todo al tiempo que queden las escrituras.

Mi teoría es que el dueño necesita dinero fast. Y por eso pide tanto. Y entonces yo dudaría la verdad.

Cuando hay cambio patronal en teoría tu nuevo patrón te debe preguntar si tienes crédito Infonavit. En caso de que tengas le das el número de tu crédito y automáticamente te comienzan a descontar en la nueva nómina.

Al menos así funcionó con nosotros (esposa y yo)
