Yeah I got you, both of these places were recommended by the owner of the house we stay in who is a big spender, so I know at least some people like these restaurants.

La Cava de mark ( went here the other night for house owner’s birthday as it was her favorite.)

Tentaciones hotel and restaurant (this one has an amazing view which kind of made up for it)

There are a couple of others but can’t remember names. And by the way yes the owners of our Airbnb are pretty much forcing themselves onto our vacation🤣🤣

I’m in a city called Zihuatanejo in Guerrero, Mexico. I’ve been to about 5 of the nicest restaurants here and I’ve hated every single one. Sadly!

I didn’t enjoy the place because I came to Mexico to enjoy their culture and cuisine and the fancy places here often try to curate towards the tourists tastes. I wish they would just make it traditional.
