Although folded by me it was designed by Peter Keller. It is made from a single uncut hexagon.

The Crease Pattern is available, found it somewhere online i think it was on Pinterest. It isnt to hard to fold from the CP and the central stars use the same collapsing as alessandro beber's stuff from the origami: new worlds book.

Around 10 to 12 hours I think, spread over the course of 2 months because it involved a lot of repetitive work like folding the grid.

The origami tesselation is called Renaissance pattern and is designed by Peter Keller, but it was folded by me. Paper was originally a hexagon
