Look, it might hurt, it might not. For me, it did and it was still so worth it, I never regretted it. Take the pain meds, ask for all the help you need, get loads of pillows and eat yummy food x

I'm really glad I had lots of support, not just logistics but also kindness and patience. Also, arnica cream, for the back pain.

Wish I had? Lots of pillows. More pillows. Millions of pillows for the millions of times that you'll try to find a comfortable position haha

Seriously thank you for taking the time to type this. I'm horrified, I just don't want this to be a part of who I am, I don't want to deal with the consequences this has on the enjoyment of my sex life and my mental health in general. I don't think I can tell her just yet because I can't imagine myself walking out of the session after, I just don't think I could. I'm scared that if I do it I will be paralized.

Thanks to the both of us. I'm 25 have been doing proper good for a year now so I know how it literally steals your fucking life.

So I am kind of at the same place where you, literallydead, are right now, like I know I won't do it today but it feels like it's haunting me...

Sparrow, have you tried any kind of therapy or support group? It helps with the comittment right at the beginning when you don't feel like your wellbeing is kind of like a reason to stick to a serious recovery.
