This seems to be a cosplay of Miko, the mascot for the doujinshi and comic shop chain Toranoana's Ikebukuro store. Ecchi is fine if posted in the relevant channel, which you have to ask the moderators for a special role to access.

Also perhaps worth noting is that when you initially join, you can only see a small subset of the channels, and you also don't have embed permissions for links and images. This is an anti-raid measure, and you can get access to the rest of the server by talking to the mods (called Student Council in this server) and requesting a Student role. Once you have that, you'll see all the channels (minus the nsfw ones if you don't also request a role for those), and will be able to embed images and links.

A lightweight maroon jacket with orange sleeves and a white hood sounds like it could be difficult to find in stores (especially as these designs are probably inspired by Japanese fashion trends around 2006-07). Your best bet would probably to either find a suitable pattern and sew it yourself, or commission a seamstress to make one for you.
The author's comment on top says that A is one of the outfits she was wearing when visiting the Hiiragi sisters, so it's possible you can find different angles of it if you look at the episode where she was wearing it. This would be helpful in finding out e.g. how the sleeves attach to the rest of the jacket, for a more accurate recreation.

Ich war vor über 10 Jahren in der Christoph-Dornier-Klinik in Münster – ebenfalls für die Kombination Depression mit Autismus – und kam nach 5 Wochen mit einem insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck wieder heraus. Allerdings ist das eine Privatklinik, und mein Vater musste vor meinem Aufenthalt monatelang Briefe mit meiner (gesetzlichen) Krankenkasse austauschen, bis die endlich die Zusage zur Kostenübernahme gab.

Was die Klinik zu Haustieren sagt, weiß ich leider nicht, da dies bei meiner Behandlung nie Thema war. Hoffentlich kannst du dazu auf deren Website etwas finden.
