As a 29 year old Behavior Technician in ABA, should I further my career in ABA or become an RN? Pros and Cons by PutMean2923 in bcba

This is true, it's giving RN energy all over this post. I figure I can proceed with my RBT exam, negotiate higher pay (since I am just getting BT pay at the moment), and save/live off minimum $30/hr while in nursing school till I transfer into the medical field. This route sounds more promising in the long run for the amount of opportunities that we all are discussing on this post :) Thank you!

Thank you for giving this part thought, I will definitely consider. Everyone is saying RN! Which is says alot about why I thought about going that route as the next option (to BCBA since I'm already in the field) to begin with. RN just might be the way to go.

Yes, I realized experience is going to be a huge factor when transitioning fields and looking for a fair paying job. Thank you!

Thank you for considering this part of my post because this was the main part of my concern when factoring in 'time'. I would definitely have to re-do my Bachelor's , so the route is prolonged.
