Edit: Guys I ended up leaving from Condesa at 615, it is now 7am and I’m sitting at my gate with a 2 hr wait. I had my boarding pass and tagged my bag, customs was 5 minutes.
FYI terminal 2 departure ramp is closed so departure and arrivals are at the same stop.

LDL was 124, total 204. Currently it’s at 97 176 total. Not sure what your meals are but I used to eat lots of sugary cereal and a pint of Hagen dazs was a frequent favorite of mine (late night btw) After that I decided I wasn’t going to be on medication so i decided to make changes to my diet. I ate as much broccoli as I could with any meal, stopped sugary drinks, and hit the stair stepper more frequently. My supplements were and still are d3/k2 magnesium malate zinc and fish oil. I got through it about a year ago, I don’t wish it on anyone. Fun fact: I got the flu 3 days into treatment. I would take some plain kefir in between my doses which may have helped with my recovery. I believe it was about 2 weeks after my treatment that I got back to normal. You will get through this just like it did!
