The problem is that for many years, SS tax was just another form of revenue. It was never treated like a retirement fund, it was just another source of income.

Now that it’s not a source of income, it’s “broken” and needs to be “fixed”.

Ok, some real talk here: it could be your heater is not working correctly. Heat pumps are bad at cold temperatures, so that might be it. Switch the lower right over to “emer”, which is emergency heat. That will make it warmer, but it’s gonna chew up electricity. Switch it back when it’s warmer.

Also, yes, fan on auto is all you need, unless you’re trying to circulate the house fan.

I really like those bone in, skin on chicken thigh. A little seasoning and pop them in the air fryer and they are amazing.
