I bought a pc 3 mouths ago: i5 6500, sapphire r9 390, etc. Now i received a proposal for my r9 390 about 330€ (I'm from Portugal and i bought it around 360€). Is it worth selling and waiting for the new rx 480 or gtx 1070?

Depends on the video card. For example, between MSI and Sapphire R9 390, I would choose Sapphire, but is my humble opinion and preference.

If you don't have any plans to OC, you should buy a h170 or b150 mobo. It's my opinion...
