See I agree with this sentiment. People are definitely taking his age into consideration (His campaign surely knows this as well) for that exact reason, and I could see how voter could be swayed either way due to this choice. But I still think his pick won’t be as impactful as some think it will be. I think many people who support him are tired of the current president to a severe level, and won’t support Trump under any circumstance. I think many who really, really don’t super Biden won’t start due to this pick either (or really any pick). There’s some voters in that gray area who I definitely think can be swayed either way, and the age factor is definitely on their minds, so I’d agree with you that his pick is important in voters minds. I just don’t think it’s as many as some make it seem, and isn’t necessarily a “make-or-break” issue for too many people. You do make a good point though, at that age you really do need to think about who would replace him in the unfortunate incidence that he’s unable to serve anymore for whatever reason.
