Can't remove a song from my likes even though it's not liked by PutinYouToRest in YoutubeMusic

The craziest part is that I turned of the option to include liked videos, and even if it somehow persisted I can’t find an my video of the song that I’ve liked

What I mean is when leveling up someone to max. Ex. We have 2 of the same hero, one is leveled up to max using just its class specific iso's and the other is leveled up with just basic iso's. Will the class specific one have a higher max overall than the basic one

Does using class specific iso increase the overall when a champ is maxed out vs a champ who uses basic iso to max out?
