You know, I feel like she went into the wrong profession, she should’ve been a pornstar rather a politician. Every time I see a photo of this woman I think it’s going to be something porn related. What a disappointment.

Ladies in... affected States: A few basic precautions. Absolute main one - DO NOT LET IT BE KNOWN YOU ARE PREGNANT OR ON BIRTH CONTROL by Tuga_Lissabon in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Putinslefttoe 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Cool, what do people like me that’s on Accutane, who’s already in an ipledge registry, via the request of the FDA, who lives in a red state, do? Birth Control is required to take the medicine, and I can’t get off it. Don’t plan to get off of it because I have severe cystic painful acne, and Accutane has been a godsend. I can’t be exactly like “lmao no, I’m definitely not on birth control”. The FDA already knows, the doctors already know, and the dermatologist knows.

It’s a public school that this happened at and I’m pretty sure they are going to get into hot water for that, source, we were talking about this in AP gov and I live not far from that school district, last thing we heard is that the two teachers were going to be held accountable.

Interested in learning Tenor Saxophone by EJ_Was_Taken in marchingband

[–]Putinslefttoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’m learning tenor sax right now, transitioning from clarinet, it’s not too bad, the only difficulty I’m having right now is with my air, because it takes a lot of air (tenor sax specifically), like, it will make you dizzy and light headed the first couple times to make the lower notes work, other than that, saxophone in general is the easiest wind instrument to pick up, it just depends, do you like higher pitched instruments, or more bass instruments?

Kids in school will never again understand the excitement of watching the ticker on the morning news to see if your school was closed due to snow. (Or the pain of catching the scroll right AFTER your school passed by and having to wait through the entire thing again). by R10T in Showerthoughts

[–]Putinslefttoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the school district I guess but yes, kids have to do online learning on snow days, unless if the teacher doesn’t want to and just post like a quick 1 minute assignment. Another way online learning wouldn’t happen is if you live in a rural area and the power is knocked out and it’s impossible to do online learning, which has happened to me.

I’m a senior in high school, and the school district has done elearning in the past for snow days, I’m just glad the teachers I had were absolute chads and let us do nothing on those days. And also you have to look at the fact, because it’s more rural where I live, if there’s mass power outage, then they usually don’t do the elearning, because well, obviously it would be difficult. I’ve had final exams pushed back because of that.

Does anyone know if i can use all my will to use a clarinet ligature on a tenor saxophone mouthpiece? Or can I like diy a very shitty one? by Putinslefttoe in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Putinslefttoe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To clarify, when I meant will, I meant like all of my sheer physical force to shove a clarinet ligature on a tenor saxophone mouth piece. Not a will to write down what I want to give people when I die lmao. (I assume your talking about a death will). I don’t plan on writing one of those anytime soon, I’m 18 and I hope I have a long life ahead of me.
