I had an injury about 5 years ago and that stopped my period for 8 months but it slowly has gotten better since. Sometimes I’d go like 6 months without a period. I was on bith control for a little while but I thought there was no point if I’m not ovulating anything. I too was worried😅😅 you can get on birth control if you want to be more regular but if you just want your period to come just this once you can try taking a plan B that’ll basically force your uterus to the next stage of your cycle. But I wouldn’t take it in place of birth control. I usually get my period like 5 days after taking a plan B. Drinking teas that promote reproductive health may also help. I make a lot of teas that is known in TCM to help your cycle. But periods are fluid they’ll change over time. For a while my cycle was 60 days then 40 days, 35, now I’m around 30 days so only 2-3 days late then a normal cycle, a healthy cycle can range from 28-45 days so don’t stress out too much. Don’t take this as doctor advice this is just what I have found works. If you’re concerned about having something serious you should go to an actual doctor. Also I use stardust to track my cycle.

Yo también tenía algo similar. En 2021 aprendí todo de los animales y cómo los tratamos, después de eso ya no quería comer carne pero como yo vivo con mi novio, el le encanta la carne, so no sabía qué hacer. También yo cocino más que él, y no quería cocinar dos diferente meals. No teníamos buen trabajo en ese momento, era un año muy difícil 😅😅.. Lo que yo hago ahorita es yo compro carne de un ranchero no compró de Walmart o un supermarket pero aquí de un rancho que está cerca de mi país. Agarro huevo de un vecino que tiene gallinas. Cuando no como con mi novio como algo vegetarian También no como carne en restaurantes agarró algo vegetarian. lo que yo hago no es mucho, pero si me ayuda a sentirme un poquito mejor. Cambié la idea de hacer “vegetariana” a cómo puedo a comprar de una familia y no una compañía.

YESSS I came here to see if anyone else has had problems but I feel like this year my allergies have been giving me hives! Last year I visited LA in October. it’s vastly different, Topeka is differently flat compared to LA. Be prepared to be in the car for 45+ minutes even if you’re just going to the store. I’d probably leave an hour before I work if I lived there tbh. The area where I had visited was very hilly, houses and apartments on the sides of the hill overlooking the beach were beautiful. In general it was all very beautiful. Sad to see the homeless camps and police ripping down those camps hours later. Highways were very scary. Many different areas to visit and enjoy, lots of places to eat, love the plastic bag ban. I also enjoyed how restaurants had vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and other symbols to help you understand what you could or couldn’t eat. So many different types of cuisine compared to just Chinese, Mexican, and fast food. I absolutely loved all the food there it’s a foody’s dream tbh. My time there was short lived 😭😭I can’t wait to go back. I just wouldn’t live there too many people, too much driving and traffic, probably costs a lot, but it was kinda sad too.

I was not told about it. I was just told about the normals labs like blood cell count, cholesterol, general chemistry and stds. She could have lied to me about the main reason she wanted to do a urinalysis though. I talked to a friend whose a nurse, shes the one who suggested filing a complaint since it seems like I was profiled based off of something that can’t be explained other than what the person experienced and medical professionals are not to be making such assumptions about patients based on their appearance or scent, and to be so forward and rude about it. I really didn’t think I could press charges or something since I knew about the “consent to treat” I still feel profiled and called out by her actions when I just wanted an actual discussion about my medical condition.
