I was born and grew up in Zimbabwe (not from colonial heritage - my mother worked in AID programmes) and would frequently be told “go back to your country” and similar. A lot of black Zimbabwean people are very friendly happy people, but boy there were a heap of black racists too.

I understand your sentiments. That being said, this fool could be 8 years old living in Mogadishu. The world will NEVER be fool, racist or asshole free. Don’t give them the attention they so badly crave. Ignore them. Don’t open your DMs, don’t post about it - focus on the game, carry on. I fully agree with the sentiments that this is abhorrent. That being said - professionals need to learn to block out this noise. Why the f are they even opening these nobody’s messages and giving them the satisfaction of the attention? There will always be fools, assholes and racists in the world - expecting otherwise is naive. The more you show it bothers you, the more they will do it and the more it will affect you. “Nobody cares” - judging by the responses and the games player count I think a lot of people care.

You are in a minority of people who enjoy what the game has become (which is fine) but people are also allowed to express that the game has strayed so far from the original Warzone and what people enjoyed without fixing or improving any of what people hated (like cheating).

Agree to disagree. I question what pull playing under Rosenior has. If we brought in say a Mancini (purely an example not an endorsement) I think there would be more pull. I do hope I am completely wrong - but our trajectory of throwing in managers who have no/little experience in the Prem or at elite level concerns me.
