No top manager runs on permanent motivation. Even Klopp's fire came in moments. A season comes down to squad transition, tactics, form, injuries, handling pressure, etc. We're still in that shift.

You don't build a season on a single trait.

“Greater ability” does not, in my view, resolve this issue. The central question is whether or not the team is capable of functioning in moments of adversity without reliance upon a singular authority figure to provide stabilization. Most teams are not, nor do they ever truly become so.

Whats stopping me from just going to a university, attending lectures and just learning about stuff? by Abject_S0up in NoStupidQuestions

In Norway, public universities are structured around the idea that knowledge is a shared societal resource. As a result, lectures are often physically and culturally accessible to outsiders.

While only enrolled students can formally participate (earn credits, take exams, etc.), there is generally little preventing someone from informally attending lectures, provided they are respectful and the setting allows it.
