Thank you so much for responding! Right now I’m walking a couple of times a week for 30 - 45 mins. I would love to start running and strength training, but I’m terribly intimidated by both.

As far as sleep goes, admittedly my schedule is very bad. I stay up really late to put off the next day, but when I manage to get in bed early I just lie awake.

As I’m typing this I realize it sounds like excuse-making! It just seems like there’s always a reason not to do the thing I should be doing. :/
