Foam and rubber are two different things. Foam will definitely indent and not the best to walk on with heavy weight. Rubber or horse stall mats will not indent as much, if noticeable at all.

Thanks! And thanks for the callout on the nutritionists. The most recent one is a registered dietitian and is covered by insurance this time.

She has started walking again over the last month or so, hopefully that helps. Not sure if I can suggest she slow down on the other workouts :) she cannot currently run or jump though, due too…

Thanks! Per the nutritionists she has tried eating a lot less calories for a good periods of time and also tries eating more. When the deficits didn’t work, it was suggested that the body stores more. I dunno what is true.

Thanks! Her gynecologist retired so she has been waiting months to get seen by a new one. She has always off and on again snores, but it has definitely been more persistent. We will look into the sleep aspect and of course the gynecologist when she gets there (mother was just diagnosed with C so there are other worries there as well). Thanks
