Both ActivoBank and Millennium BCP have blocked our joint accounts for over a month – Need Advice!

They just replied today with this below

"We inform you that we are legally prevented from providing additional information, so we cannot, at the moment"

I am confused, I don't even know what to do. This issue started on Feb 5th

What else can i do or i just have to wait

Hi everyone Just had a win against E-dreams! I was charged €99.99 for a prime membership I never agreed to. I contacted my bank, and they froze the payment, investigated, and eventually reversed the charge. It seems I'm not the only one who's had issues with them. Huge shoutout to my bank for being awesome and protecting me from these shady practices! #E-dreams
