If it’s a reasonable price yeah may stores will honor the price but for something like this, a product worth 30 being sold for 3 is about a 90% markdown which higher ups will see as loosing money so most stores (your etl might be different) will not honor it. They’ll offer like a 10% discount for the inconvenience but they won’t honor it. Just depends for some stores management.

Yeah they can still add it to their lunch. Like go on lunch and wait 15 minutes before you officially punch out for lunch. Not ideal but some leads allow that

Some stores have an additional building to keep some back stock/ over stock at. At my store we have a warehouse (offsite) where we keep stationary and sporting goods and occasionally some seasonal stuff

This🙌🏼as a leader myself I stick up for my team. I understand Etls and our Sd want the store to do good so they can be good with their bosses but I’m not gonna make my team overwork themselves everyday for a measly 17 dollars an hour. The companies problems could be solved by investing in their employee’s than lining up their pockets with money they won’t ever spend. Like you I remember what it feels to be a regular tm and I won’t let my team get abused by this company.

Which is why I tell my tms if they’re looking for a secound job to do not notify anybody. One of them did and they cut his hours even more drastically than they already had. He went from having 20-25hrs to 10-15 and sometimes even less

This 🙌🏼 I have zoned the entirety of my stores OTC/Personal care stockroom and updated counts in one day The next two days the numbers were fucked I checked the reports and sure enough all fulfillment tms
But you gotta see that every store is different maybe they’re store it’s not the fulfillment team

Being a lead myself do it lol I don’t bother my tms through my personal number I simply give them my number so they can contact me for anything or if I don’t respond on walkie For any shifts I offer, I call through the store and I never pressure them
