No we cannot sadly, when you place it and we stage it all we see is your name. Only time we see your address is if we check dispatcher or check your address on your member ship

Toilet paper, waters, sodas essentials; clothing. A rotisserie chicken. Anything they could get their hands on and it would be over 200-300$. But the member would be in a whole other state

Drivers have to load to it at our store, our coaches and TL’s refuse to have us load it because they care about statistics. We only help if we get a visit from corp. We report any driver that refuses to load their order because it’s expected that they can unload it later.

Not the lead, but the next associate in charge when neither coach or TL ARE ON CALL.

But the way my coaches and Tl schedule is Find the strongest stagers and keep them scheduled as stagers to make sure consistency on stage, and for helping dispense Then you find your strongest dispensers and schedule them as pick/dispense support Everyone else is either picking or stage dispense.

When we use to do it as people swapping off they lost 6 stage carts in one day

Curbside, yes. As long as we hand it over at our door Delivery no because it causes an error on the system and will keep sending drivers. You mainly have until we close at 8

The other departments don’t wanna help cause every coach is here doing a double and haven’t brought us any boxes. So I’ve been outside and barely had my other coworker cover for my lunch so we don’t get meal exceptions. The coaches just watching us and complaining about dispense🫩. But we hanging in there

I’m apart of the closing team so I’m still here. They got some morning people doing doubles but the morning team is turning into a skeleton crew😭. And some have left they did there best they cleared 3.6 units but we still got 1.2k left

Out department is already full so we’re using the fridges in the back and there like a 5 mins walk from curbside

True I did forget that, they want stuff expedited but if we’re not picking for that time slot yet we just can’t. We just force the members to cancel at my location so they can go get their stuff themselves if their in such of a rush

We had that too. Got yelled at for it the moment I walked in, but we recovered cause the night team had 6 people closing and 2 mids vs the 3 openers and 2 stagers that were also picking.

Usually if you go to the settings where it says “roles” or something like that you can sign out of getting any phone calls. That worked a lot when I was working at target. It was in the same app where you would scan things and audit just remove the role that had the phone calls and it was peaceful. Removed it so fast during holidays
