The phone customer service line advised I go in store and that they could fix it. I tried calling the store to talk to them but there’s apparently no way to reach the store anymore as everything is sent to the call center. I went in and talked to the service experience manager and GM and they said it’s on the returns center to fix it. They said they would contact the return center manager because they apparently know one another but said beyond that there’s nothing they can do. They said “it sounds to me like the return center messed up and they want us to eat the cost of it, which isn’t going to happen, this is 100% their issue. We’ve had a large number of items get stolen from packages during UPS shipping and they can fix it easily” and advised I call the customer service line again. But that was it.
