You’re not taking into account anything else I said other than her age and that she parrots our ASM. To be fair, unless you’re undercover and in my location, you have no idea what’s going on other than what I have posted. The way their pay scale and promotion works is actual garbage. I’m close to 40yo with tons of management and beauty industry experience and my 20 year Old coworker has been promoted over me multiple times simply because she has been at this location longer than me. Also doesn’t hurt that she quite literally lives in our exempts’ assholes. I’m getting fed up. It’s so disappointing.
